Users Who Registered an RSL Fantasy Account Before the 13th of November 2024 (SSO Launch)
1. I’m having trouble logging in after the recent SSO update. What should I do?
If you registered before the SSO launch, you’ll need to reset your password before you log in for the first time. Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page to set up a new password.
2. I didn’t receive the password reset email. What should I do?
  • Password reset email may take up to 5 minutes to reach your inbox.
  • Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, try resending the email or verify that you’re using the correct email address associated with your account.
  • If the issue persists, contact our support team at fantasy_support@spl.com.sa.
3. Can I still use the same account as before?
Yes, but you must reset your password to access your account. After resetting, your account will be linked to the new SSO system, allowing you to use it across all our platforms.
4. I’m still unable to log in. What should I do?
If none of the above solutions work, please contact our support team at fantasy_support@spl.com.sa for further assistance.
New User? (Registration)
1. How do I register for a new account?
Click the "Sign Up" button on the login page, fill in your details, and follow the instructions to complete your registration.
2. I registered but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
  • The verification email may take up to 5 minutes to reach your inbox.
  • Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it, click "Resend Confirmation" on the registration page or contact our support team for assistance.
  • If the issue persists, contact our support team at fantasy_support@spl.com.sa.
3. What if I accidentally registered with the wrong email address?
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to verify your account. Please create a new account using the correct email address.
4. Can I register or log in using social accounts (Google, Apple)?
Yes! You can register or log in using your Google or Apple account. Just select the relevant option on the login or registration page.
5. Can I use the same account for all related platforms?
Yes! With Single Sign-On (SSO), you can use one account across all our platforms, including the RSL Fantasy Game, SPL website, and SPL app.
6. I’m still unable to register. What should I do?
If none of the above solutions work, please contact our support team at fantasy_support@spl.com.sa for further assistance.

1. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
  • Click the "Forgot Password?" button on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
  • You will receive a password reset email to your inbox. Follow the instructions to set up your new password.

3. I’m getting an error message saying, "Invalid username or password". What does this mean?
Either the email address you entered is wrong or you didn't already register using it, or the password you entered is wrong.
  • If the email address is wrong, this could mean you need to register a new account. Click the "Sign Up" button and follow the registration process. If you believe you already have an account, contact support for verification.
  • If you forgot your password, you need to reset it by clicking on "Forgot Password?".
4. Can I log in using Google or Apple?
  • If you registered using our social logins, then you can log in using your Google or Apple account. Simply click the respective icon on the login page.
  • If you didn’t register using our social logins, you can always link your Google or Apple account from the “Linked Accounts” section of your SSO Account management page “My Account”.
5. What if I get an error while trying to sign in?
  • Ensure your internet connection is stable, clear your browser cache, and try again. If the issue persists, contact our support team at fantasy_support@spl.com.sa.
6. Can I use the same account for all related platforms?
