AL RAED CLUB HISTORY

Credited with being the first recognised football club in the Qassim region, Al Raed have been ever-present members of the top flight throughout the Roshn Saudi League era.

Their best finish is fifth, in 2016-17. 

Much of Al Raed’s recent top-tier status has been built upon Moroccan pair Mohamed Fouzair and Karim El Berkaoui, while manager Odair Hellmann helped Brazil to gold at the 2016 Summer Olympics in his role as assistant coach – with Neymar as captain.
