The Roshn Saudi League will be represented by four players in the semi-finals of the UEFA European Championship Germany 2024, with the competition guaranteed also to have a presence in next week’s final.
In the first last-four clash between Spain and France, which takes place in Munich on Tuesday, Al Nassr centre-back Aymeric Laporte could pair with Al Qadsiah new signing Nacho in the three-time champions’ defence aiming to thwart Al Ittihad midfielder N’Golo Kante and his French compatriots.

Spain booked their place in the semi-final with last Friday’s 2-1 victory in extra-time against hosts Germany in Stuttgart, with Laporte starting and Nacho introduced as substitute at the beginning of the second half.
Kante, meanwhile, was part of the France team who saw off Portugal on penalties in Hamburg later on Friday, where he featured against Al Nassr captain Cristiano Ronaldo and Al Hilal title-winning Ruben Neves. Kante has enjoyed a stellar tournament thus far, picking up Player of the Match awards in the opening two games.
The Euro 2024's other semi-final, set for Wednesday in Dortmund, pits Al Ettifaq captain Georginio Wijnaldum’s Netherlands against England. The Dutch booked their place in the final four with a 2-1 win on Saturday against Turkiye in Berlin.
