The Saudi Pro League today released the fixtures for the second half of the 2023/24 domestic campaign, marking a continuation of a milestone season for the Roshn Saudi League during a time of genuine growth for football in the Kingdom. Al Hilal are entering the second leg of the season strong at the top of the table, leading Al Nassr by 7 points and 3rd place Al Ahli by 13 points. Al Taawoun are continuing their solid performance, starting the match week in 4th place with hopes to maintain momentum as they travel to face Abha.

The first games back in the Roshn Saudi League campaign will kick off on Thursday, February 15th, giving the Kingdom’s football fans the chance to follow their favourite global and local stars as they represent their teams. Thursday matches include Abha hosting Al Taawoon at 17:00 in Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Sport City Stadium. The second match kicks off at 20:00 with Eastern province teams Al Khaleej and Ettifaq going head-to-head in Prince Mohammad Bin Fahad Sport City Stadium.
On Friday, 16th in the same round of fixtures, Al Shabab look to improve their league standing as they face Damac in Damac Club Stadium at 17:00 local time. Al Ahli will head over to Narjan to play against Al Okhdood in Prince Hathloul Sport City stadium at 20:00. On Sunday 18th, reigning champions and city rivals Al Ittihad will continue their journey to defend their Roshn Saudi League title by hosting Al Riyadh in King Abdullah Sport City Stadium for the first time this season at 20:00. The 8 pm kick-off will give Ballon d’Or winner Karim Benzema, UEFA Champions League winner N’Golo Kante, and the whole Al Ittihad squad, the chance to move up the table and fight for their second consecutive league title.
Al Hilal, the current league leaders under Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus have a busy few weeks ahead. The team will host Al Raed in Prince Faisal Bin Fahad Sport City before heading to Dammam to face Ettifaq and then moving on to host Al Ittihad for another exciting Saudi Classico in the 2023-24 season. Earlier this season, Al Hilal introduced several high-profile summer signings to Saudi football, including Aleksandar Mitrovic, who is head-to-head with Al Nassr’s Cristiano Ronaldo for the league’s top scorer position.
Last season’s runners-up, and current second place in league standings, Al Nassr are set to reduce the 7-point difference between their Riyadh rivals, Al Hilal as they prepare to play against Al Fateh at home in Al Awwal Park Stadium at 20:00. Cristiano Ronaldo’s team will then face Al Shabab in the new Al Shabab Club Stadium the following match week at 20:00.
Other key dates in the new season include a rivalry match-up in Jeddah, with Al Ahli hosting Al Nassr in a mouthwatering clash at the King Abdullah Sport City Stadium in week 24 (Friday, March 15, 22:00).
